Great people, great technology, great way to learn about the industry and the way it works. a true leader in industry standard.

Cons

Upper management call the shots and will bench workers and not give them work unless they fully submit to the administration's will. A pipe dream on going on tour is sold and often not delivered. New employees are brought on and trained, only to leave shortly after. promotion and opportunity from within are promised and simply not delivered.
