Pros
Recruiters and managers keep in touch often with a lunch or happy hour every quarter. Lots of personal attention and the best healthcare option I've seen in over a decade. Really felt like when I had a need that they were doing all they could for me. Would work for them again in a heartbeat if I need to change jobs again. They were able to negotiate an extension for me on another project when my initial project wrapped.
Cons
Smaller client base; they don't have as many companies that they work with so the placement options weren't there like with the larger firms.
