Business hours are 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, no late nights, no weekends, paid holidays off, fun monthly incentives like holiday parties, catered lunches, small gifts of appreciation (gift cards, custom key chains, tumblers). We have an awesome benefits package including PTO, health/den/vis insurance, Flex spending, etc.. The president of our company genuinely cares about the employees. Management is more than fair for the most part. We have a great team. I like that we are a small, family owned company.

Employees get along with each other, teams are open to new ideas, and there is a lot of flexibility with schedules.
