The company is very stable. The Ownership and Management have always been very professional, and take pride in caring for the Employees. The ability to grow and prosper within the organization is shown by the longevity of many on the Solutionz Team. The company has a natiowide reach that includes top-notch professionals in the areas of Audio-Visual Integration, Telemed & Environmental Safety solutions and many services such as Cloud and Support. It has allowed me to build and grow a successful customer portfolio over several years.

Cons

Overlay Sales resources can sometimes get confusing, but that is just part of growth.
