Solutionz business model is to grow through acquisitions. Very large product portfolio/offerings.

Cons

The company is very lean with very little leadership direction. Health Insurance is expensive.

The middle management is always helpful and the field technicians are without a doubt the best in the region.

Cons

Upper management doesn't help. They are not held responsible for their actions, What was once a great atmosphere has now become a stressful, over and micromanaged environment full of individuals who like to stroke their own ego's.
