co workers are nice, hours, holiday days off
Cons
if they like you can can get promotions, if not you will go no where fast. Lots of office politics. tries to act like the big banks. Can't compete. Took away pension plan. Only 401K. Horrible high deductable health plan only one plan available. Put me in debt. Branches have lots of sales goals like big banks. Low pay.
