Pros

Great exposure to a global, remote team. Outstanding benefits, on-site cafe, gym membership reimbursement, etc. Managers challenge their direct reports and take into account their professional interests/goals.

Cons

Recently laid off 500 employees globally in response to the Boeing 737 crisis. Expected a lot of work that the company didn't make use of. In my experience, they put more emphasis on being present on the office and creating relationships than technical expertise. Recruiter said work from home was possible when my direct boss did not support it. Office is pretty far from the city of Atlanta.
