Pros
benefits (401k, HSA contribution, etc.) Highly skilled individuals, a lot to learn from. 2021 is the year of change as they just implemented Employee Resource Groups for African Americans, who are the least represented group in the company, especially in upper management. You will get a lot of cross-exposure in the business, tech, and industrial field.
Cons
Work environment very juvenile and "clicky" Some Management needs to be re-arranged, unprofessional behavior and comments. Difficult to move up, unless you change departments.
