Pros

Decent benefit although some of them were cut due to the pandemic. Work location is convenience.

Cons

They focus too much on the cost reduction without taking work quality and the impact of employee into the consideration. They don't have a future plan for the newcomer. Employee, especially newcomers including myself, are very depress of many reorganisation programs. Cost reduction has been the main focus since I joined on day 1. During COVID19 pandemic, it accelerated this program faster with the bad communication from management. I feel that the company expanded too fast without a good fundamental. In summary, please consider very carefully if you got an offer from this company.
