Has become more and more political with scant regard for human assets. There is prejudice in my BU. Very short term in approach. Cross BU mobility not properly managed.

Cons

Management useless, management no industry experience, yes men with no back bone, satellite site, No HR on site, useless with procedure, no training for operators, no progression opportunity, more chiefs than Indians. Selfish people after corporate benefits.
