      Pros

      The team with whom you would be working together is such an important part of it as you spend 8h a day together and constantly need to support each other. Therefore its great to say that it was the best part of the company as the teamlead, manager and all the colleagues in different departments were wonderful

      Cons

      Salary was quite low and the company itself is slow to progress so you need to deal with repeat issues for long periods of time without any change
