Good benefits and Salary(Which trap some people)

Cons

lots Sterile work environment Lots of bad eggs on site. Not many carrier opertunities Don't seem to care about the staff much Bad site managment incabable of seeing the issues on site Worried for the future of the carbon fiber development all the sites were failing when I left.
