      -Good Pay - Good Benifits - Great 401k (6% Match + Discretionary 3%) -Overtime readily available but rarely mandatory

      Cons

      - Rotating Shift Work (3 week swing) -Multinational Company and all the senior leadership is based overseas. This creates problems at times. U.S. Managers blatantly disregard company values and policies.

      Decent pay rate. Good 401k.

      Cons

      Poor training. Very unprofessional office personnel. Only care about themselves and not the hourly workers. Drug test all the wrong people in order to stay staffed.
