It was a great place to work. Very supportive and collaborative employees. Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401K match, adoption assistance, 6 months maternity leave, paternity leave. Great work environment - modern, secure building, well equipped, ergonomically friendly , close to the Galleria area Many great employee programs i.e. tuition assistance, onsite fitness classes,discounts from Dell, General Motors

Certainly respectable place to work but there is room for much improvement

Good teammates to work with. Easy communication with managers/supervisors.

Cons

Pay could be much better in the lab. Production is treated like royalty, the rest of us are just kind of here. Rotating shifts are not healthy.
