      The pas 2 years of been rough, management was not on same page as peers and communication was lacking

      Pros

      The group of people I worked with was awesome. We were one big team. Learned a lot in a short amount of time

      Cons

      management constantly changing their mind on goals which would led to an uncomfortable environment at times. Not professional in meetings and management was too busy to assist in projects.

      Great benefits and took pride in their employees.....

      Cons

      Senior Management (i.e. CEO, Sr VPs, etc....) were not qualified for their positions.... They were in them only based on who they knew to place them there..... It was NOT based on what they knew..... Of course, nobody wants to accept this fact, but that doesn't change the fact as it stands.....
