Mostly Union plants in U.S., can lead to toxic/negative work environment High management turnover (pro if you're looking to move up quickly) 24/7 production leads to a lot of stress and being on call frequently Hard to advance above middle mgmt. if you're not willing to re-locate every 3 years

I understand safety is important but they try to just find stuff to write you up for. the management is worthless the company solvay bought us from ran much smoother and was making record sales monthly now were lucky to have a job. management is very vindictive and they don't post jobs like they should they just give them to who ever they want
