Good benefits and very good 401K match. Requested overtime are granted most of the time. Work and home life can be balanced on a positive note.

Cons

Solvay has always provided a self-directed workforce environment. The last year or two it has slowly become more micromanaged. Supervisors are more demanding, and communication is less than adequate it seems.
