      Great company culture, intelligent co-workers, great pay, reasonable management. They extreme fast track people perceived as top talent.

      Cons

      Jean-Pierre was a terrible CEO, but Ilham seems great and driven with a purpose outside the normal "Where is my money?" mentality

      Pros

      Great corporate culture. Good benefit package with annual cash bonus. The 401K match is one of the best you will find anywhere. Take full advantage. The work itself is interesting and Solvay is a very stable company.

      Cons

      The organization was flattened over the last few years removing a lot of mid-level management. If you are looking to advance you will have to be willing to relocate or wait out current managers for a long time. However, opportunities are available globally of you are willing to do so.
