Nice culture, good salary(comparing with other companies in Korea), nice people, benefits are good(parking is available, lunch is providing, etc)

Cons

It is localized and sometimes there are some confusions btwn European and korean culture. Some benefits such as mobile work is applied to each different departments. Sometimes it feels unfair.

From HR to the floor supervisors it’s all bad. This place is toxic literally and metaphorically. Mandatory OT or get points….too many pints and you’re fired. Union is a joke! Run!

Cons

Everything except pay! You’ve been warned.
