      Communication and Promotion Capped in Hourly Status

      Pros

      This place has overtime, if you enjoy that. Seniority as a hourly employee has it's perks depending on department.

      Cons

      Communication between production and levels of management can be very limited and after-the-fact. Promotion as an hourly employee or advancement into a salary position is very limited.
