      Pros

      They focus heavily on training, so it's good for a first job opportunity. Working in a shared service centre can be challenging, but it gives you the opportunity to experience several areas of Human Resources and learn about labour realities in different countries. Very interesting environment for a curious, results-driven, with a strong client focus and problem-solving skills.

      Cons

      The salary wasn't good, and career growth was pretty slow.

      Pros

      I've been in Solvay through some big changes. These have been a couple of challenging years. However, I've never felt alone and always supported. There has been (at least in my case) a very careful balance between autonomy and support. I've had time and space to grow and this is a reflection of the companies culture

      Cons

      Too many general meetings, and this is a change that needs to be reflected in the company's culture
