      Promotes self redirected work force. Follow workers are awesome.

      Cons

      They do what they want. Changing policy to get rid of people. Always Operators fault, management doesn't take responsibly for them selves.

      Useless management. Greedy self centered shift leaders. Under qualified staff. No progression opportunity. distinct lack of training. hide health & safety incidents to obtain bonuses.

      A lot of hands on work, at one point in time they hired just about anybody to fill positions. People with no experience or education. It shows.
