Pros
The community I worked with on a daily basis were amazing human beings. Very excited to come to work.
Cons
Low pay for the profession. Management didn’t see the value in our contract. No substantial annual raises. Did not feel valued from the company itself. Felt extremely valued from the people I worked with on the job site. But unfortunately this job will never keep good people who are proficient due to lack of substantial salary for athletic trainers.
