decent pay and benefits. You get to learn about how to package medical grafts. there's a guy who has his desk fully stocked with candy every day :)

Cons

trainers will dismiss you and are disrespectful. upper management does nothing about it. There are several HR incidents that happens here, and it can be a dangerous work environment with the chemicals that are used to sterilize. harassment of all kinds (bullying, sexual, hazing, etc.) is ignored here and you are punished for speaking to higher ups.
