They do things that save lives. Great place to work for white males.

Cons

Never felt more unappreciated in my life. You can share great ideas and they will ignore you if the leaders didn't think of it themselves. Leadership group is very insecure and threatened by smart talent. Very gossipy and toxic. HR is worthless and contributes to the problems. Worst kept secrets: they watch your every move, even in the office, on camera. Also they read your messages, emails and chats and listen to your phone calls. If you tell them you can make more money elsewhere they will tell you to just go. CEO is a figment of your imagination.
