Pay is amazing (if you’re third shift) Constantly learning something new

Cons

Racist people Supervisors are not friendly Team leads will let you be miserable and confused the whole shift You may stay over late because of someone else’s time Everyone takes an hour lunch (only given thirty minutes) and WILL get mad if you do it Team leads will do their part and go missing for the rest of the day

Pros

The benefits and earned PTO were great. The company has a great mission.

Cons

Leadership is very aggressive. They make it known that you are replaceable. The mission gets lost in the money hungry VPs. Instead of allowing supervisors and managers to manager their team, they are micromanaged by directors and VPs. Money is put ahead of educating technicians about their positions and skills. Bullying is acceptable and can be very harsh.
