good company having some "growing pains"

Pros

Interesting work, but not for everyone. Difficult but rewarding. Close friendships developed between team members.

Cons

Advancement can be difficult. Degrees valued over experience. No real "seniority". Upper management is a bit disconnected with what core employee do daily.
