I learned a lot and gave me an opportunity to work with people from many backgrounds.

Cons

The pay was very low and didn't enjoy the overall atmosphere. Didn't feel like i was in a professional environment.

Community blood center is a growing company. They offer training for phlebotomists that are newer. The donors are great, the coworkers are great. The current CEO is taking the company in a positive direction. good health insurance,average phlebotomy pay, good vacation.

Cons

Working schedule is not regular.Scheduled hours change from week to week. Since this is health care related, there are weekends and holidays that you work.
