Honestly there are multiple. I think it’s great you have the opportunity to get hands on training in a sterile technique and so many other things without experience. Being currently enrolled in nursing program myself I love gaining the extra skills. I was even promoted recently and the new management for my department has been great. Seriously good paid time off and insurance. The CEO and COO are really personable, I love the work environment, HR department has always been super helpful if I’ve had a question, I have a great schedule and I get to help contribute to saving lives!!! To name a few.

Worked here as a lab assistant in the microbiology lab during a gap year from school. Nice people and I was able to work independently much of the time. A lot of PTO as well which is cool

Solvita offers outstanding benefits, competitive compensation packages, and very generous paid time off accrual. The company’s mission is meaningful and it’s incredibly rewarding to work for an organization with such a powerful purpose especially coming from a background in healthcare and recruitment. The culture is collaborative and supportive and I’ve found team members across all departments to be helpful and engaged. Leadership provides consistent guidance and encouragement, which really fosters a positive and team oriented atmosphere. There are also clear opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization, which is exciting and motivating.

Cons

Honestly, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. If I had to note one area for improvement, it might be that, like any growing organization, some processes are still being refined. But leadership is receptive to feedback and continuous improvement is a priority.
