Pros

- Smart, hard-working, collaborative team - Experienced, transparent leadership - Best-in-class technology in a very attractive space - Everyone is able to work on critical projects and have a big impact - Great customers who love our product and get tons of value from it

Cons

Not a con for me personally, but would caution that new employees should to be ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute in a variety of ways - we're growing and we move fast.

Rare Combination of Great Team + Great Product

Pros

AI and machine learning based products have a great market demand. Solvvy provides an AI and machine learning powered customer experience automation suite. They have been pioneers in this space. Their cofounders were PhD students of Tom Mitchell at Carnegie Mellon. Today the company hs had great early market success and growing quickly. Product is cutting edge and its customers include great brands such as HelloFresh, Showtime, Calm and Under Armour. But the team and people are the best part of the journey. Everyone is very smart and passionate about the company!

Cons

Growing pains as any fast growing startup. Too many things to do and not enough time or resources. Resourceful, entrepreneurial self-starters would thrive, but not for everyone.

Solvvy's CEO is by far the best CEO I have ever worked for. He is transparent and true leader.
