      Pros

      They have a really great set of artists.

      Cons

      I was underpaid, over managed (by incompetent managers) and did not receive any benefits. The controller is a micro-manager who can't pull it together. The order-processing software needs to be re-worked, and the drug-user lifestyle culture of the production company employees is the reason for failure in that department.

      Condescending management, treats employees as expendable, deceptive interviewing, dangerous working conditions, office politics, high turnover, toxic culture overall
