      Pros

      Great company culture. Highly motivated but fun loving. Fast growing. Great pay. Advancement opportunities.

      There is a little disorganization because of the growth and drive to deliver.

      Pros

      Their salespeople can get BIG business. They have very talented digital artists. The screen-printers work very hard.

      Cons

      The salespeople promise delivery in timeframes that are simply unrealistic. The folks in management treat employees sub-humanly. Empty promises and nobody stands behind one another.

      Pros

      They have a really great set of artists.

      Cons

      I was underpaid, over managed (by incompetent managers) and did not receive any benefits. The controller is a micro-manager who can't pull it together. The order-processing software needs to be re-worked, and the drug-user lifestyle culture of the production company employees is the reason for failure in that department.
