Working with OEMs and this tech looks good on your resume Smart colleagues Pay is decent Unlimited PTO you can actually use

Cons

Integrity and transparency from upper management seem to have vanished recently Employees seem to be growing uncertain because of recent layoffs No annual raises or bonuses Still doesn’t offer a 401k match being a 5-YO company Difficulty filling roles

Pros

Some of the people are great, but they're leaving.

Cons

Everything. Sonatus is an incredibly toxic environment with leadership incapable of moving the business forward. Claiming a "family" environment, but it's all surface-level. Company's product is make-shift - and only has one real customer with a rocky relationship. I would stay far away from - especially with some of the silent layoffs I've seen happen.

1. Interesting products 2. "Some" talented people 3. Nice office space

Cons

1. Terrible people managers 2. Heavy workload 3. No growth 4. Chaotic most times (start-up, so I guess that is OK) 5. Underneath a cool culture label exists toxicity, politics and mean leaders 6. If you're not an absolutely key resource, they couldn't care less about you
