Pros

- Reliable company that follows everything that you agreed with at the hiring process. - Salary and benefits packet is very competitive. - Colleagues (both engineers and managers) are very skilled and there is always something to learn from the surrounding.

Cons

Company is quite tiny and there is not that much project options or careers passes

Some toxic leadership and it's often hard to tell who you work for when Directors who you don't report to insert themselves into other teams work.

1. Interesting products 2. "Some" talented people 3. Nice office space

Cons

1. Terrible people managers 2. Heavy workload 3. No growth 4. Chaotic most times (start-up, so I guess that is OK) 5. Underneath a cool culture label exists toxicity, politics and mean leaders 6. If you're not an absolutely key resource, they couldn't care less about you
