Pros

Working for SonderMind means working with other passionate individuals to redesign the delivery of mental healthcare nation-wide. A lot will be asked of you no matter what team you're on, which can be stressful. But you will have the opportunity to own a lot and have impact. You will have teammates that rely on you and care about you. Leadership at SonderMind strives to be transparent in their direction and motives. There is a ton of opportunity for growth in your career at SonderMind!

Cons

SonderMind is not perfect. In a time of rapid growth, it has seen its culture stress to accommodate dozens of new attitudes and opinions. It is not a laid-back environment. There will likely be times when you have more work to do than time to do it.
