Pros

Decent company to work for, most of the people are easy to make friends with and get along. Maybe there is a good future on the horizon for this company.

Cons

Car sales are not easy, and this comes with a lot of stress and sleepless nights. The company is trying to change, but car sales core of selling will never change in my opinion. The mentality of car sales is impossible to change.

You can make a good amount of money. The company claim to be moving in the right direction for the future.

Cons

You are still in the car business. The manager for the most part are all shady people. They only way you make a lot of money is to try and steal from the customers.

Great Sales training and processes. Really enjoyed coworkers. Many promotions are made from within the company. Good healthcare options and 401k company matching.

Cons

A lot of word tracks to memorize for creating a "One Sonic one experience" so customer have same verbiage and feel no matter which Sonic Store they are at.
