Great pay! Sonic makes sure to pay at least as well as other companies in the same market. Great opportunities for driven people. I went from tech, to team leader, to corporate because I dedicated myself to the company and pushed COMPANY values. I also studied on my own time, and my own dime, to advance my career myself instead of waiting for the company to lift me up while I complained. Great leadership. While the executives are not infallible, they have shown that they truly care about this company, it’s employees, and those of us that want the company to succeed. Innovative! For such a young company, that has proven itself time and again, there seems to be no end to the amount of quality and innovation they are trying to achieve. From reinventing the car buying process to giving a unique experience to the customer, I’m proud to be part of a company that is improving the status quo.
Cons
Not for everybody. I have seen people that are not happy here. It always comes down to what the company doesn’t do for them, never what they don’t do for the company. If you want to punch a clock and do the minimum, go somewhere else.
