      A company of lowest common denominators.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is positive and upbeat, fast moving. Everyone is there to make money and do things right.

      Cons

      They think the way to make more money is to pay their employees less. They end up hiring mostly trainee level people because they lowball everyone at the job offer part of the interview.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, Great managers. Control is in your hands start to finish.

      Cons

      GM's are horrible. People aren't sold on us yet but they are raising the prices of vehicles to make more back end. to be successful you must do a lot of finance deals. Cash deals kill you.

      Pros

      Pay was good and the associates I worked with at the store level were great. Most of them were hard working and loyal.

      Cons

      Stress level very high and there is no work life balance. You have to be available via phone 24 hours a day.
