Pros

You pay checks are very nice

Cons

Long hours, working 6 days a week with no lunch break. Working almost 70 hours a week is absolutely insane!

Money is the only plus for working here.

GM will stab you in the back and be your buddy to your face. He only cares about money!

Pros

Fully-Remote, no nonsense around it. Benefits are diverse. Flexible around time zones. "Work from anywhere." Easy day-to-day tasks. Good entry-level experience to use for better jobs in the future. Shift time choices are nice to have, but can be a double-edged sword. Beats waiting tables.

Cons

Disorganized from top down. Core problems trickle down to you to handle. Constantly changing policies due to the Covid/supply shortage market. Disrupts work/life balance and workflow. Zero upward mobility. Don't get into this position if you're looking to build a career. CRM platform they use (eLead) is terrible. Clunky, crashes constantly, and seriously disrupts workflow on a daily basis. Low base pay ($15/hr) Lack of clear boundaries around a truly competitive workplace ("teammates" are actually your competitors for your paycheck) Shift choices are performance based. If you had a bad month it can set you down a bad path of terrible hours and less opportunities to recover. Don't expect consistency in this job. You work FOR the car dealerships, not WITH them. Your paycheck relies on the competency of the dealership and their organization. Countless opportunities for bonuses and money will be missed/lost due to the dealership's negligence to how you get paid. Management can't seem to find a solution around this.
