      Pros

      Changing the Car Industry for the better forever!! Progressive and forward thinking. Care about thier employees!! Forward thinking vision. Embracing the use of Technology to improve the guest end employee experience

      Cons

      The work associated with changing and industry can be challenging (Nobody likes change), but in the end it will be rewarding. Lots and lots of changes currently, but all for the better

      Pros

      The company is evolving towards a more guest focused environment. It is clear that Sonic cares about making the process easier for both internal and external customers. Personally, I have nothing but great things to say about leadership. My bosses are caring and understand how to motivate team members. It is a great feeling to be part of an organization that wants you to succeed.

      Pros

      Great environment and career move that allows ability to move up within the company. Reputation for structure provides an excellent reference for future career growth. Good benefits with a lot of room to grow if you are intelligent, and open minded.

      Cons

      If your in the automobile business, and want to do business the old fashioned way, this company is definetly not for you. Ethics and doing business the right way is communicated and supported throughout.
