During COVID, they cut employees hours, added on extra work to the employees whose hours were cut, and they didn't even offer hazards pay to ALL employees only the "important" positions got offered hazards pay while also keeping their regular hours.
If certain positions don't want to do a job that is in their job description (and part of their commission comes from that specific task), it gets put off on lower level employees that aren't getting any extra pay for the task.
Getting time off in my specific position was always challenging because they only had 2 people for the position yet all the other positions could request off the week or even a day before the time they wanted off and they would get it whereas with my position I had to always request months in advance.
When they got rid of housekeeping due to COIVD for some reason my position became the new housekeeping position even though we are all supposed to be a "team" and we are all supposed to take part in keeping the dealership clean
