Hard to think of any. Very hard place to function.
Cons
This is an unorganized and unprofessional company to work for. They encourage low performing employees to act like managers and it causes a very hard atmosphere to work in. They change thier pay plan often and it never gets better, only worse. When they don't change the pay plan then they raise the budget to unachievable number so that it's nearly impossible to make the same money for the same performance you did the prior month.
