Pros
All around the place can be a good experience the owner is a good person cares about his employees looks further than just what is said and doesn't just take sides and all around can be a good place to work.
Cons
I've had management and crew bad mouth me to a extent that is no longer tolerable being told that a manager has wished I broke my arm while roller skating and cook saying that me being a crew leader is just a role to make myself feel better.
