Having fair benefits for all positions. Healthcare, dental insurance, ect.

Cons

Higher management could do better at communicating reasonable expectations from their employees. (I.e General managers manger) Maintenance of the equipment and operations could be smoother with updated facilities. (The ice cream machines, stall speakers, and headsets employees use)
