fast paced, friendly environment, keep all tips if carhop, free meal (not including ice cream), health insurance, thanksgiving and Christmas day off, flexible schedule for students

Cons

don't get paid enough, I know a lot of people feel that way but 13 an hour for a manager when other places start out at 15 for regular employees, you don't get breaks unless its slow, no PTO
