Helps with memory, fast paced decision-making, team work and employee edicate to customers/patience

Cons

Sometimes constant fast paced environment can be extremely stressful and taxing, especially if you're on a particularly busy position nearly every day of your shift, this is sometimes demotivating especially when customers are rude and the company has (last time I checked) very little policies allowing employees to deny service to customers who insult directly, sometimes to the point of prejudice in certain communities, also there is a lack of quantity control and it can cause the customer load to become too much for a small shift to sufficiently serve all off them, finding a place with plenty of staff, lower customer volume for the state and cooperative co workers is recommended (even at the expense of some benefits such as extra pay hrs).
