Place is in a nice area. Good schedule.

Cons

Low wages for everyone in the company compared to similar positions. Everyone that worked they're way up go let go last year. This year they are moving many positions to KY to have better profit even though this past holidays was record breaking in terms of sales.

a purpose-driven workplace that has a significant influence. My manager gave me the confidence to produce quantifiable outcomes and make a significant contribution to important projects. Action is valued more than words in this atmosphere, which fits quite nicely with my working approach. I also valued the opportunity to exchange ideas for enhancing project results.
