Discounts on items if you like car audio.

Cons

Everything else. CEO is an abusive psychopath who is never wrong about anything. Do not. You would be better off in an Amazon Fulfillment Center than you would here. This place has so much potential if only for the complete lack of leadership and direction. Apply for this job if you have no self-worth and want the abuse.

You are given a lot of responsibility early on and it allows you to learn a lot of new things very quickly that you may not be able to do at just any company.

Cons

You are given too much responsibility for very limited benefits. The pay is very poor and PTO and holidays are abysmal. Very stressful environment due to the CEO. Not a good culture.
