Maybe getting product discounts.. that's it.

Cons

They'll withhold paychecks after you've waited the two week pay period because they forgot to do payroll. They pay significantly below market for every position. Owner trying to save money in the wrong places taking from people's livelihood to get him a few extra bucks. Owner views employees as non-human. He will be fake, and put on a happy-go-lucky face with you initially but you'll see.
