Pros

- Lots of autonomy over your day to day work - Leadership in Engineering puts trust in you to do your work right and listens to feedback - Office is quiet for the most part - Policy on time-off isn't too strict - Great office location, great for "thinking walks," or grabbing lunch or after work drinks

Cons

- Something that affects your work isn't always immediately communicated - Differences between Engineer and Marketing/Sales on what a product should be - Hard to find time between projects to improve architecture and tooling

Legacy monstrous codebase is harder to grasp; additional benefits lacking, e.g. HSA, Tuition reimbursement, double matching donations, and PTO for volunteering
